TECHNICAL RIDER MANAGEMENT
Technical riders can be a problem for technical crews & cause unnecessary mistakes to occur in the last moments, Simply because if they are not outdated, they are usually unclear. With our understanding of what information the technical crew need to know & what information we can get from the artist, the band & the entire technical crew behind the artist, We step in as the mediator that ensures that the technical crew at an event receives all the information they need to have to be well prepared for the artist, ironing out as much risks for error as possible.
We keep the tech rider updated & since no event is exactly the same, we modify & tailor make the tech rider to best suite each event, giving the crew all the information they need & removing all the info that is irrelevant to that particular event.
PRE-EVENT CONSOLE MANAGEMENT
We understand that it is not fully practical for a FOH or Monitor engineer to come with a show file or to be a pro on each & every console. We therefore offer a pre event console management service where we go to the event as soon as the system is up & running & prep the console with the engineer’s specs so that when they arrive, they get to focus more on maximizing the performance eliminating the time spent adapting to default settings used to run the entire show.
With this service, we can move closer & closer to ensuring sonic consistency throughout each performance for both the artist & the band on their monitoring systems & the audience
SET LIST MANAGEMENT
We’ve noticed how a number of Dj’s have a sound level issues in the middle of the show or at any point of the show. Our Set list management service will come in as the ideal solution for this. We remaster all the music the Dj plans on playing in their set making sure that the signal sent to the DJ booth & main PA is as consistent as can be without degrading the quality in the sound of the music within the set.
